摘要
根据桑皮纤维的纺纱特点合理设计各工序工艺参数,并采取必要的技术措施,纺制出28 tex 55/45桑皮纤维/棉喷气涡流针织纱。通过对纱线单纱断裂强力、条干以及毛羽等指标进行测试,对比转杯纺,纱线毛羽、条干以及断裂强力等性能都有较大提高,符合针织用纱的质量要求。
The spinning processes were well designed according to the fiber performancs in spinning and necessary technical measures were adopted. The 28tex 55/45 mulberry fiber/cotton blended knitting yarn has been spun on NO. 861 air jet vortex spinning system. After testing, the yarn performances including hairiness, evenness and breaking strength and other properties are improved compare with rotor spinning.
