摘要
为了解决经纬股份榆次分公司数控机床操作系统种类繁多、分布区域分散的问题,介绍了DNC数控机床联网系统的实施原则、实施方案和实施效果。指出该系统以DNC管理平台为基础,兼容经纬股份的数控和光纤网络系统,将加工数据进行集中管控,实现了数控机床联网通信;通过该系统的实施,可提高企业生产效率和数控设备利用率,缩短生产周期。
In order to solve the problem including big varieties and large dispersion of the operating system of DNC machine tools,the implementation principle,the scheme of and the effect are described of the DNC machine tool.It is pointed out that the system is based on DNC management platform,compatible with the NC and optical fiber network system in the Jingwei Group.The data are managed in a collective way,Realizing the DNC machine network communication.through the implementation of the system,the utilization rate of production efficiency and numerical control equipment of enterprises can be improved with short production cycle.
