摘要
配筋混凝土试件轴拉试验是研究钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道外包混凝土力学性能的重要研究手段,但试验中存在着偏心、应力集中、破坏在非指定范围内等诸多难题,影响试验的成败及结果的准确性。为此,参照国内已展开轴拉试验的成功案例,针对试件的类型、夹持方式进行设计研究,并用有限元法对试件体形进行了优化设计,有效地改善了以上问题,对试验方案的设计起到了一定的指导性作用。
The uniaxial tensile test of reinforced concrete specimen is an important mean to study the mechanical properties of encased concrete of penstock. However, there are many problems in uniaxial tensile test, such as eccentricity, stress concentration, damage in non-designed areas, which affect the success of test and the accuracy of results. For solving these problems, the design of type and clamping mode of specimen are studied after learning the successful experiences of domestic uniaxial tension tests, and the shape of specimen is optimized by using finite element method. The optimization effectively improves these problems and also plays guidance to the design of test scheme.
