抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)及其在选择供体牛上的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH),又称苗勒管抑制物质(MIS),是转化生长因子(TGF)超家族成员之一,在卵巢生长卵泡的颗粒细胞中表达,在调控卵泡生长和发育中起重要的作用。本文综述了AMH的生理作用及其在牛超数排卵供体牛选择上的应用研究结果。结果表明,牛胚胎生产能力具有可重复性,而且是可能遗传的性状,测定供体母牛血液AMH含量,对确定母牛生产可用胚胎内在能力具有重要价值。
