摘要
以塔河油田某区为例,对于封隔器管柱变形受力分析计算,不仅能够对封隔器坐封具有重要的指导意义,也对后期的修完井作业的井控安全提供数据保障。目前,对于浅井的管柱变形受力分析,传统的计算误差不大,尚能对现场施工具有一定指导意义,但对于塔河地区深井、高温、高压等环境下的管柱力学计算则面临很多技术难点和细节问题,计算方法极其繁琐,现场应用较差。本文在李钦道教授前期对带封隔器管柱变形进行的大量推导、计算的基础上,结合塔河地区实际工况,对无移动封隔器管柱进行变形受力分析,并给出了实际算例。
Analysis on deformation and tress of completion string with packer, not only has an important guiding significance for setting the packer, but also can provide data to guarantee well control safety in workover and completion operations. Currently, the error of traditional calculation method for deformation and tress of completion string with packer in shallow wells is not big. It has certain guiding significance. But string stress calculation under high temperature and high pressure environment is facing many technical difficulties, the calculation method is extremely tedious, and has poor field application effect. In this paper, based on calculation results about deformation and tress of completion string with packer accomplished by professor LI Qin-dao, combined with the actual working condition of Tahe oilfield, deformation and stress of completion string with packer were analyzed. Finally, practical examples were given.
