摘要
目的：观察15导联心电图（15ECG）与18导联心电图（18ECG）对临床诊疗价值的比较分析。方法：使用纳龙心电工作站分别对本院2013年3月～2014年4月门诊、住院200例病人行15ECG与18ECG检查诊断结果分析比较（其中15ECG100例，18ECG100例）。结果：15ECG组中阳性率达60％，18ECG组中阳性率达85％。结论：18ECG较15ECG对临床诊疗价值较大。
Objective：To observe of 15-lead electrocardiogram （15ECG）and 18 lead electrocardiogram （18ECG） for clinical diagno-sis and treatment value of comparative analysis.Methods：With Nalon heart electricity station respectively to the March 2013 to April 2014, for instance, in the hospital, 200 cases of patients line 15 ECG analysis and comparison with 18 the ECG diagnosis results（Inclu-ding15ECG100 cases,18ECG100 case）.Results：Positive rate of 60%in ECG group,18ECG group.Positive rate was 85%.Conclusion：18ECG might be 15ECG of relatively great value in clinical dinical diagnosis and treatment.
