摘要
通过书面证据审查、残留现场勘验和取样测定,明确了藕田使用除草剂"扑草净"存在使用时期偏迟、用药量过大的技术缺陷,认定使用技术不当与药害经济损失间存在因果关系,估算了药害纠纷的经济损失,为法院审理案件提供了法定证据。
Through the written evidence review, residual on-site inspection, and samples testing, we made clear the technological defects （ partially late use period, overhigh dosage） of herbicide Prometryne applied in lotus root field, firmly believed that the causal relationship existed between improper use technology and economic loss of lotus root caused by phytotoxicity, and estimated this economic loss, which provided legal evidence for court cases.
