摘要
目的：对医院信息化建设水平进行综合评测，指出存在的问题，提出对策措施，推动医院信息化建设的快速和良性发展。方法构建医院信息化水平评测指标体系，结合专家意见，采用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重系数，建立模糊综合评测模型，通过问卷调查法获得8所代表性医院的评测值，结合使用EXCEL和MATLAB软件得出各级评测结果，确定各医院的信息化建设水平评测结果。结果在调查的8家医院中，2家医院评测结果为“良好”，5家医院评测结果为“一般”，1家医院评测结果为“较差”。结论从调查的医院来看，医院信息化建设总体处于一般水平，各级各类医院之间也存在较大的差距，需要从多方面努力来提高医院信息化建设的水平。
Objective To make comprehensive evaluation on the level of hospital informatization construction, to point out the existing problems, to put forward the countermeasures, and to promote the rapid and healthy development of hospital in-formatization construction.Methods We constructed the hospital informatization level evaluation index system, combined with expert opinion, and with the use of AHP to determine the weightcoefficient of each index.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established, and we evaluated eight representative hospitals by questionnaire survey method, using EXcelland MAT-LAB software to get all levels of evaluation results to determine the informatization level evaluation results of each hospital.Re-sults Results In the survey, two hospitals′evaluation results were″good″, five hospitals′evaluation results were″general″, and one hospital evaluation result was″poor″.Conclusion Results revealthat hospital informatization construction overall is in the general level, there is a great gap among the various hospitals, efforts should be put to improve the hospital informatization con-struction level.
