摘要
本文系统研究了石灰掺量对淤泥-石灰免烧砖强度和耐水性能影响规律,在此基础上探讨了粉煤灰增强相掺量对淤泥-石灰-粉煤灰系统免烧砖的强度和耐水性影响,优化了淤泥-石灰-粉煤灰免烧砖配合比。结果表明:淤泥-石灰系统中,石灰掺量30%-40%时免烧砖强度最高;固定石灰掺量在30%时,粉煤灰掺量50%时,免烧砖强度高达15 MPa,耐水性能也最优。
The influence of lime content on compressive strength and water resistance of silt-lime bakingfree bricks was systematically studied. Afterwards,the effect of fly ash on silt-lime-fly ash system was investigated. The results show that 30%-40% of lime in silt-lime system leads to the high compressive strength of baking-free bricks; With 30% of lime and 50% of fly ash,the compressive strength of bakingfree bricks reaches 15 MPa and high water resistance.
