摘要
通过介绍层次分析法的基本原理,将其应用于供水BOT项目风险管理决策中,结合实际案例对项目中的风险进行分析和测算,对此类项目实施过程中产生的风险进行了定性和定量分析,并对主要风险提出了相应的风险控制措施,从而使供水BOT项目能更加顺利实施,以期为供水项目风险管理提供一定的科学依据。
According to introducing the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process,it was applied in the risk management decision of water supply BOT project.Combined with the actual case,the analysis and calculation were conducted on the risk of the project.The qualitative and quantitative analysis were conducted on the risk which produced by the process of project implementation,and the corresponding risk control measures were put forward aimed at the main risks,in order to successfully implement the water supply BOT project and provide certain scientific reference for the risk management of the water supply project.
