摘要
目的：评价GP方案时辰给药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法108例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组，2组药物剂量相同。时辰化疗组：吉西他滨1000 mg·m^-2，d1，8，3：00开始静脉滴注，30 min滴完；顺铂20 mg·m^-2，d1~5，每天18：00开始静脉滴注，60 min滴完。常规化疗组：吉西他滨1000 mg·m^-2，d1，8，09：00开始静脉滴注，30 min滴完；顺铂20 mg·m^-2，d1~5，每天10：00开始静脉滴注，60 min滴完。每例患者至少连续接受2周期化疗评价疗效。结果时辰化疗组疾病控制率为87.0%，高于常规化疗组的59.3%（P〈0.05）；时辰化疗组生存状况优于常规化疗组（P〈0.05）；时辰化疗组毒副反应发生低于常规化疗组（P〈0.05）。结论 GP方案时辰化疗用于晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗高效低毒，有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and toxicities of GP regimen chrono chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods One hundred and eight patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups and received GP regimen chemotherapy. The chrono chemotherapy group： gemcitabine 1 000 mg · m^-2, d1,8 3 ： 00, intravenous drip for 30 minutes; cisplatin 20 mg· m^-2,d1-5,18 ： 00, intravenous drip for 60 minutes. The routine chemotherapy group： gemcitabine 1 000 mg · m^-2, d1,8,9 ： 00, intravenous drip for 30 minutes ; cisplatin 20 mg · m^-2, d1-5,10 ： 00, intravenous drip for 60 minutes. The curative effect were observed after two cycles of chemotherapy. Results The disease control rate of the chrono chemotherapy group （87.0%） was higher than that of the routine chemotherapy group （59.3%） （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the survival of the chrono chemotherapy group was better than that of the routine chemotherapy group （ P 〈 0.05） ; the toxicities of the chrono chemotherapy group was lower than those of the routine chemotherapy group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion GP regimen chrono chemotherapy is effect and safe in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer.
