摘要
【目的】研究几种矿质元素含量的动态及对骏枣裂果的影响,为研究枣裂果奠定基础,同时为骏枣生产中合理配肥提供依据。【方法】以9年生树势一致的骏枣树为试材,骏枣为以酸枣为砧木繁殖,矮化密植,株行距1.5 m×2 m。实验分析几种矿质元素对红枣裂果的影响。【结果】骏枣果实几种矿质元素中含量大小依次为Mg>Ca>Fe>N>K>Zn>Cu>P,骏枣果肉中几种矿质元素含量总体变化趋势与果皮中各元素含量变化基本一致。在骏枣果实不同发育阶段果肉Ca含量高于果皮,正常果Ca含量高于裂果中的含量。果皮和果肉K、N、P、Fe、Mg、Zn、Cu含量均无显著差异。【结论】N、P、K、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn和Cu与骏枣裂果相关性不显著,钙不足是影响骏枣裂果的主要因素。
[Objective] The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of several mineral elements on fruit cracking in jun-jujube in order to lay a foundation for further study on fruit cracking in Zizyphus jujuba and to provide scientific basis for reasonable fertilization in the jun-jujube production process.[Method] 9 years old jun-jujube trees on wild jujube were used in the test.The optimum distance for rational dwarf and close planting of jun-jujube trees was 1.5 m × 2 m.The effects of several mineral elements on fruit cracking in jun-jujube were analyzed.[Result] Mineral elements content of jun-jujube fruits was in the order as Mg 〉 Ca 〉 Fe 〉 N 〉 K 〉 Zn 〉 Cu 〉 P.Mineral element contents in the peel and in the pulp were basically identical.The Ca level of the pulp was higher than that of the peel in different developmental stages.Calcium content in the cracked fruit was found significantly lower than that in the normal fruit.The contents of K,N,P,Fe,Mg,Zn and Cu in the peel and in the pulp had no great difference.[Conclusion] This study showed no significant correlation between N,P,K,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu and fruit cracking,and the main factor affecting fruit cracking was calcium deficiency.
