摘要
医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训是国内医疗卫生事业人才培养工作的重要组成部分。作者在"双轨合一"的培养新模式下,对研究生在临床能力培养过程中的相关问题进行了探讨,并提出了提高培养质量的针对性措施。
Clinical postgraduates training and resident standardized training is an important part of professional health human resources training. Under the new mode of dual track integration, problems and countermeasures on promoting clinical postgraduates training are discussed.
