摘要
从莱芜市城乡一体化发展现状着手,分析莱芜市城乡公交一体化的发展模式,进而综合运用灰色理论、运输规划理论和模糊数学方法,评价城乡公交一体化的效果。进一步构建和分析了莱芜市城乡公交一体化改造适应性评价指标体系,并建立了综合评价模型。通过所建模型的求解,得到了与实际相符的评价结果,表明了方法和模型的有效性。
Starting from the development status of the integration of urban and rural, the development pattern of integration of urban and rural public transportation in Laiwu City is analyzed based on the method of combining theoretical analysis and practical research. Furthermore, grey theory, transport planning theory and fuzzy mathematics method are employed. Last, the evaluation index system of the reform adaptability of urban and rural public transport integration in Laiwu City are set up and analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation model is developed. The evaluation result consistent with the reality is obtained by solving the model, and the result analysis shows the effectiveness of the method and model.
