摘要
目的 探讨肾球旁细胞瘤的特点,提高对该病的诊疗水平.方法 回顾性分析1例肾球旁细胞瘤患者临床资料并复习相关文献.该患者为37岁女性,因高血压就诊,体检发现右肾肿瘤,血钾正常,术前诊断为右肾癌而行根治性右肾切除术.结果 术后病理学及免疫组化证实为肾球旁细胞瘤;术后随访3个月,血压、血钾均正常.结论 肾球旁细胞瘤具有高血压、低血钾的特点,但临床上也存在不典型的病例,加强对该疾病的认识可提高术前诊断率及帮助确定恰当的治疗方案;手术是治疗该病的有效手段.
Objectives To explore the features of renal juxtaglomerular cell tumor of the kidney and improve the diagnosis and treatment of disease.Methods One case of renal juxtaglomerular cell tumor was retrospectively analyzed and relevant literatures were reviewed.The patient was a 37-year-old woman.She suffered from a high blood pressure and then a tumor was found in her right kidney.The serum potassium was normal.The tumor was preoperatively diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma and she received radical nephrectomy.Results The postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed that the tumor was juxtaglomerular cell tumor.The patient was followed up for 3 months,The blood pressure and serum potassium were within the normal range.Conclusions Renal juxtaglomerular cell tumor is characterized by hypertension and hypokalemia,but clinically atypical cases exist.Strengthening the understanding of the disease can improve the preoperative diagnosis rate and help determine appropriate treatment.Surgery is an effective treatment of renal juxtaglomerular cell tumor.
