摘要
目的探讨静脉定位仪辅助下经小隐静脉置入留置针行溶栓治疗的临床应用价值。方法选择2012年2月～2013年6月本科收治的下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）患者40例为研究对象，随机分为2组，静脉定位仪辅助下经小隐静脉置入留置针组20例；经胭静脉置入管溶栓导管组20例；2组从穿刺时间、治疗成本、患者舒适度及并发症发生率四方面进行对比。结果静脉定位仪辅助下经小隐静脉置入留置针组在穿刺时间（P〈0．01）、治疗成本（P〈0．01）、患者舒适度（P值〈0．01）及并发症发生率（P〈0．05）四方面均优于经胭静脉置入溶栓导管组。结论静脉定位仪辅助下经小隐静脉置入留置针行溶栓治疗能缩短穿刺时间、降低治疗成本和相关并发症，对提高DVT患者的治愈率、减轻DVT患者的治疗压力有积极意义，值得临床推广。
Objective Purpose The paper is to explore the application value of thrombolytic therapy through piercing the catheter into the small saphenous vein under the assistance of vein locator. Methods Forty patients subjects of DTV sufferers treated in Vascular surgery from February 2012 to June 2013 were divided into two groups at random with equal number：patients in one group were treated thrombolytic therapy through piercing the catheter into the small saphenous vein under the assistance of vein locator; the others were treated with thrombolytic therapy through piercing Thrombolysis catheter into Popliteal vein. The two methods are evaluated from the following aspects： puncture time （ P 〈 0.01 ）, treatment costs （ P 〈 0.01 ）, patient comfort （ P〈0.01 ） and the rate of complications （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Results The research indicated that the former way is superior to the latter when considering the four factors mentioned above. Implication Thrombolytic therapy through piercing the catheter into the small saphenous vein under the assistance of vein locator is an effective treatment to reduce the puncture time,save the costs and prevent relevant complications. Conclusion The： method can greatly improve the success rate of DVT treatment and reduce the pressure of the patients, so it is worth clinic extending.
