对建筑工程概预算的定义及内容进行了阐述,并对建筑工程概预算编制存在的问题作了分析,提出了洞察市场、采用先进的概预算方法、健全概预算编制制度等解决措施,以确保工程质量的提高。
The paper illustrates the definition of the preliminary budget in architectural projects and its included contents, analyzes some existing problems in its compilation of the architectural project, and points out the advanced preliminary budget method can be adopted for observing the market, so it is the solutions to improving preliminary budget compilation system, in order to ensured engineering quality improving.
