摘要
羊草是草食动物不可缺少的粗饲料,尤其是奶牛,羊草更是不可缺少。羊草经加工后形成草产品,可提高羊草的利用价值和减少运输费用。文章通过研究羊草颗粒加工工艺,确定加工的参数,包括粉碎机转数,筛底直径,烘干后的水分,混合时间以及制粒温度,冷却干燥时间等,并阐述了制粒后成品特性。对羊草产品的深加工提供了理论参考数据。
Leymus chinensis indispensable to herbivores roughage, especially dairy cattle. The leymus chinensis products increased the use value of it and reduced the transportation cost. The process of the technology of leymus chinensis provided technical support for deep processing. We determined the processing parameters, including the crusher revolutions, sieve bottom diameter, the moisture after drying, mixing and the time of granulating temperature, cooling and drying time, etc. Through the study of leymus chinensis particle processing technology, and stated the features of granulating product. It provided a theoretical reference data of leymus chinensis products deep processing.
