气动旋扣钳滚轮轴的模态分析

摘要 随着气动旋扣钳转速的提高,产生振动问题也越来越严重,为优化旋扣钳的动力学性能,对其滚轮轴进行模态分析。首先对滚轮轴进行简化,得出其振动力学模型,通过理论法计算出滚轮轴的第一阶固有频率,然后使用Ansys软件对滚轮轴进行模态分析,获取了滚轮轴结构的固有频率及振型。结果表明:理论计算和软件计算误差为2.8%,证明有限元软件对滚轮轴模态计算的准确性,其结果可以为旋扣钳动力学性能的优化提供了依据。 With the improvement of the speed of the spinning wrenches, the vibration problem is becoming more and more serious. In order to optimize the dynamic performance of spinning wrenches, modal analysis was carried out on the roller shaft. First, the roller shaft was simplified to get the mechanical vibration, and first-order natural frequency of the roller shaft was solved by the theoretical calculation method, and the m.odal analysis of roller shaft were performed by using A nsys software, to get the natural frequencies and mode shapes. The results show that the theoretical calculation and software calculation error is 2.8%, and proves the modal calculation accuracy of finite element software on the roller shaft.They could provide a theoretical basis for the further design optimization of the spinning wrenches.
