摘要
简要回顾了中国住宅产业化的发展进程;分析了我国住宅产业化正处于大规模启动的初期这一现状以及产业化促使住宅部品向集成化、绿色化方向发展的趋势;建议我国屋面及防水企业应认清形势,掌握趋势,在住宅产业化进程中寻求新的发展。
The article briefly reviews the development of housing industrialization in China, and it analyzes that housing industrialization in our country is at the initial stage of a large scale development. The industrialization impels the development of housing components to integration and greenization. The paper suggests the roofing and waterproofing enterprises of our country to get a clearly understanding of the situation, grasp the development trend, and seek new development in the process of housing industrialization.
