摘要
为了解决双Buck逆变器直流输入利用率低、磁件体积重量大的缺陷,提出一种新型双Buck全桥并网逆变器拓扑,所用器件较少,结构简单;且为使该新型拓扑输出高质量的并网电压和电流,采取以电容电压和电感电流双二阶的滑模控制策略。分析新型拓扑的工作模式和等效电路,给出双二阶滑模控制器的设计过程。仿真与实验结果表明,采用双二阶滑模控制策略下的新型双Buck全桥并网逆变器能够具有很好的动态和稳态性能,且输出的并网电压谐波畸变率小,对直流输入和电网电压扰动的抑制能力强,适应于新能源发电的并网。
A novel topology of dual Buck full bridge grid-inverter was put forward,which solves two problems of traditional dual Buck inverter:the low input utilization rate and the big volume weight magnetic.And the novel topology has the feate of less device and simple structure.In order to get high quality grid-connected voltage and crent,the feate of double second-order sliding mode control strategy was adopted that was built on capacitance voltage and inductance current.The new topological working mode and equivalent circuit were proposed,and the design process of double second-order sliding mode controller was analyzed.The simulation and experiment results show that the novel dual Buck full bridge gridconnected inverter with double second-order sliding mode control strategy has a very good dynamic and steady state performance,and the grid-connected voltage harmonic distortion rate is small,the capability of dc input and grid voltage disturbance rejection is strong,while it' s suitable for renewable energy generation.
