摘要
针对火电厂石膏旋流器运行中存在短路流现象,导致溢流跑粗的问题,设计一种环峰式溢流管结构的新型石膏旋流器,并通过实验方法研究了其工作性能。结果表明,同一压强下与普通石膏旋流器相比,新型石膏旋流器的生产能力提高5%,分离效率提高13%;同时底流质量浓度和分级效率均高于普通石膏旋流器的相应指标,能够有效地缓解短路流,减少溢流跑粗问题,结构简单,易于使用。
The gypsum cyclone is an important equipment of wet flue gas desulfurization system(WFGD) in power plant.There is a short-flow phenomenon in it, which leads more coarse particles discharged from the overflow pipe. In order to cut down shot-flow, design a structure of ring peak type overflow pipe gypsum cyclone, and an experimental investigation was conducted for the performance of the new gypsum cyclone. The result shows that: under the same pressure, the production capacity and separation efficiency of new gypsum cyclone can be increased about 5% and 13%,and both the concentration of underflow and classification efficiency of the new gypsum cyclone are higher than the general gypsum cyclone. The new gypsum cyclone can alleviate the short-flow effectively so that less coarse particles are discharged from the overflow, what's more, its structure is simple and easy to use.
