摘要 目的为提高模板工程效益,提出一种新型的钢纤维活性粉末混凝土(RPC)永久柱模板,并对其设计方法进行研究.方法根据永久柱模的结构特性,以钢纤维RPC的材料性能为基础,基于现有规范的模板侧压力计算理论,建立两端固接计算模型并给出算例.结果提出了RPC永久柱模的侧板设计方法.并依据模板设计规范中承载能力极限状态与正常使用极限状态的相关要求,给出永久柱模壁厚的计算建议.结论 RFC永久柱模的设计方法、壁厚取值与设计建议为钢纤维RPC永久柱模的工程应用提供理论依据,使得钢纤维RPC永久柱模有广阔的应用前景. To improve benefit of template engineering,a new steel fiber RPC column-permanent template was proposed and its design method was researched. According to the peculiarity of the column-permanent template and material properties of steel fiber RPC,based on the present standard for the lateral pressure calculation method, a calculation model with two fixed ends was built and some calculated examples were also given. Combining relevant requirements of carrying capacity limit state and serviceability limit state in template design code,calculation method for thickness of the column-permanent template was proposed. The design method,t he value of the thickness and design recommendations provide a theoretical basis of the steel fiber RPC permanent template in engineering applications. It is shown that the steel fiber RPC column-permanent template will have a bright prospect for applications.
