摘要
分析4份不同来源地老芒麦染色体,探讨其核型特点,为其形态学变异寻找细胞学依据,补充老芒麦在细胞学水平上的研究空白,以期为老芒麦细胞学多样性保存利用和遗传育种研究奠定基础。结果表明,4份老芒麦的核型公式均不同,包括1B和2B两种类型,染色体组绝对长度变异范围13.444~3.850μm,相对长度变异范围10.975%~4.040%,平均相对长度均为7.143%,核型不对称系数变异范围为60.140%~58.390%;4份老芒麦相互间的核型似近系数范围是0.994~0.913,平均为0.955,即同一物种染色体同源性较高。
This study was to analyze of chromosome karyotype of four Elymus sibiricus from different areas,discuss the karyotype characteristics,looking for cytological evidence for its morphological variation,supplementing research blank on cytology level of Elymus sibiricus,and provide basis for cytology diversity,conservation and utilization,genetic breeding.Results show that karyotype formula were different among 4accessions,and karyotype type are 1Band 2B,the absolute length variation ranged from13.444μm to 3.850μm,the relative length variation ranged from 10.975%to 4.040%,the average relative length were all 7.143%,karyotype asymmetry coefficient variation ranged from 60.140% to 58.390%,karyotype resemblance-near coefficient range were between 0.994 to 0.909,and average was 0.955,that is,the same species of chromosomes with high homology.
