摘要
针对大尺寸复杂零件反求设计应用的实际需要,基于点云数据获取与预处理、多视测量与数据拼接、复杂曲面特征提取与重构的理论基础,对三维CAD系统——UG NX进行二次开发,获得了反求系统——RETOOL系统,该系统可内嵌于UG NX系统.通过应用实例介绍了RETOOL系统开发过程中系统构成、核心模块设计、关键实现方法以及系统的运行环境.
For the real needs of designing large and complex parts, a Reverse Engineering(RE) system—RETOOL system is introduced as a sub-system inner UG NX is created basing on UG secondary development. The system of RETOOL is based on three key theoretical basis: data capture and preprocessing, multiple view measurement and data registering, complex curved surface feature extraction and reconstruction. Finally, the development process of the syftem RETOOL is presented, in which the system constitution, core modular design, key approaches and system running environment are introduced in detail.
