摘要
目的调查某院妇科喜炎平注射液(XYP)使用情况,为促进XYP的临床合理应用提供参考。方法回顾性随机抽查某院2013年妇科140份使用了XYP的住院病历,对其用法、用量和用药目的进行统计分析。结果 XYP用法用量合理率为100.0%;85.7%手术患者使用XYP,100.0%符合用药目的;14.3%非手术患者使用XYP,其中有40.0%符合用药目的;单独使用XYP比例为5.7%,与抗菌药物联合用药比例为94.3%;用药疗程最长15 d,最短1 d,平均(5.6±2.4)d。结论临床使用XYP存在某些不合理的情况,应加强其规范使用的管理。
Objective To investigate the application of Xiyanping injections （XYP） in the gynaecology department inpatients providing a reference for the rational drug use.Methods The retrospective investigation was chosen to survey 140 hospitalization records with XYP from a certain hospital in 2013.The usage,dosage and medication purpose of XYP were analyzed.Results The reasonable rate of usage and dosage of XYP was 100.0%.85.7% surgical patients used XYP and all were accordant with the medication purpose.14.3% nonsurgical patients used XYP,in which 71.0% were accordant with the medication purpose.The single-used rate was 5.7% and the combination-used rate with antibacterials was 94.3%.The longest course of treatment was 15 d,the shortest one was 1 d,and the mean value was （5.6± 2.4） d.Conclusion There is an irrational use of XYP in clinics,thus the use and management of the traditional Chinese medicine injections should be strengthened and regulated.
