介绍了新时期公共图书馆服务职能的转变,阐述了公共图书馆服务职能对馆员的要求,分析了新时期公共图书馆员的服务现状及原因,提出了改善公共图书馆员服务理念及服务心态的对策及建议。
THis paper introduces the transformation of public library's service function in the new period, expounds the requirements of the transformation of public library's service function for the librarians, analyzes the service status of public librarians in the new period and the reasons, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving public librarians' service concept and service attitude.
