摘要
从总体小康到全面小康,从"三步走"到"新三步走",是新时期中国共产党领导全国人民建设"中国式"现代化的总体方略和发展步骤。在务实稳健的发展理念的指导下,从中共十四大到十八大,不断提出、更新和充实更为具体明确的阶段性目标,其中,建党一百年全面建成小康社会、新中国成立一百年基本实现现代化的"两个一百年"的目标是个不变的"魂",并被以习近平为总书记的中共新一代中央领导集体继承下来,构成实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的"中国梦"的基础性内容。"中国梦"是中国共产党成立以来历史赋予的民族使命,更是改革开放以来国家层面发展战略和发展目标一以贯之的继承和发展,承载的是全民族、全体海内外中华儿女的共同期盼和凝聚力。
From overall well-off to comprehensive well-off and from the 'three-step' to the 'new threestep' are the overall strategy and development steps of building 'Chinese-style' modernization led by the CPC in the new era.Under the guidance of the pragmatic development concept,the CPC constantly have raised,updated and enriched more specific and clear phase goal from the 14^(th) to 18^(th) National Party Congress:two100-year goals are the unchanging 'spirit' including building a well-off society as the establishment of the CPC for 100 years and realizing the modernization as the establishment of New China for 100 years,all of which inherited by the CPC' s new generation leaders and constituted the basic content of 'China Dream' of achieving national prosperity and revitalization tod people's happiness. 'China Dream' is the national mission entrusted by the history since the establishment of the CPC and the consistent inheritance and development of national level' s development strategies and objectives since the reform and opening-up,carried the common aspirations and cohesion of the whole nation all over the world.
