丁腈橡胶对白炭黑-炭黑补强溶聚丁苯橡胶性能的影响

Influence of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber on Properties of Solution-polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber Filled with Silica and Carbon Black

摘要 研究丁腈橡胶(NBR)用量对白炭黑-炭黑补强溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)性能的影响。结果表明:随着NBR用量的增大,白炭黑-炭黑补强SSBR混炼胶的t10和t90缩短,硫化速度提高;硫化胶的拉伸强度略有下降,压缩生热和压缩永久变形增大;NBR用量为4份时可以同时优化胶料的抗湿滑性能、滚动阻力和耐磨性能。 The influence of different addition level of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)on the properties of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)filled with silica and carbon black was studied.The results showed that,with the increase of the addition level of NBR,the compound possessed shorter scorch time,shorter cure time,and higher curing rate;and the vulcanizate showed slightly lower tensile strength,higher compression heat build-up and higher compression set.It was found that the optimum addition level of NBR was 4phr,when the vulcanizate of SSBR filled with silica and carbon black exhibited good wet skid resistance,low rolling resistance and good abrasion resistance.
