摘要 套管锻铣工艺是利用老井眼挖掘油田剩余油藏以提高采收率的重要手段。以大港油田中8-68-2K井为例,详细介绍了侧钻井施工中套管锻铣工艺的应用情况,并对施工中的注意事项进行了讨论(包括保证泵压稳定及泥浆性能满足携带铁屑要求、利用铁屑形状和大小判断锻铣效果、根据铣刀磨损情况分析井下套管锻铣情况等)。现场施工表明,中8-68-2K井通井后打水泥塞至1670m,候凝24h后下入常规钻具修整塞面至上窗口1794m,下入1.5°螺杆配合MWD(Measurement While Drilling,随钻测斜)仪器成功定向侧钻,为大港油田同类井侧钻提供了重要参考,是一项值得推广的钻井工艺技术。 Casing forging and milling technology is an important way for remaining oil reservoir development and improving recovery efficiency on the basis of existed wells.By taking Well Zhong 8-68-2Kin Dagang Oilfield as an example,the application of casing forging and milling technology in sidetracking wells is introduced in detail,and the matters need attention during operation are discussed.Field operation indicates that after drifting process in Well Zhong 8-68-2K,cement plug is set at depth of 1670 mand it is setting for 24 hours,conventional drilling tool is run for reaming to the window at 1794 m,1.5°screw motor is run to match with MWD(measurement while drilling),and thereby directional side tracking is successful.It provides an important reference for similar sidetracking wells in Dagang Oilfield and it is a popularized technology in well drilling.
