摘要
在深井、结构复杂定向井钻进过程中,受井型、泥浆技术、地层温度和地层特殊岩性的影响,常规定向钻具的使用受到限制。因此,在深井、结构复杂井中采用非螺杆井眼轨迹调整技术来实现井眼轨迹调控显得尤为重要。从井型特点、泥浆条件、地层温度等方面对冀东油田实施非螺杆井眼轨迹调整技术的必要性进行了分析,并详细介绍了该技术在冀东油田的具体应用情况。现场施工表明,在冀东油田地层较复杂地区应用单稳定器钻具组合调整井眼轨迹,既能保证井下安全,又能实现良好的井眼轨迹,因而选择单稳定器钻具组合较为合适;通过调整钟摆臂的长度和稳定器直径,并运用合理钻压,不需应用螺杆定向功能即可完成井眼轨迹的调整。
During the drilling process of deep wells and complex structure directional wells,the application of conventional directional drilling tools are restricted as a result of well type,mud technology,formation temperature and special stratum lithology.Therefore,it is important to use a well trajectory regulation technology without screw motor for trajectory control of deep and complex structure directional wells.The necessity of implementing the well trajectory regulation technology without screw motor in Jidong oilfield was analyzed,and the application of the technology was introduced in detail.Drilling practice in complex formation of Jidong Oilfield indicates that the bottom hole assembly with single stabilizer can guarantee a safety well bottom and achieve better well trajectory control at the same time.By regulating the arm length of pendulum assembly and diameter of stabilizer,choosing approximate drilling pressure and well trajectory can be adjusted successfully without the function of screw motor.
