摘要
学生预备党员是高职院校党员队伍的重要组成部分,作为高职学生的先进分子,他们在高职基层党建、校园文化建设、学风建设等方面承担重要责任。但由于当前高职学生预备党员教育管理存在一定的问题和困难,影响了教育的时效性。本文从分析当前高职学院预备党员教育中存在的问题入手,结合工作实践,探讨适合高职学生预备党员教育的有效途径,以提升高职学生的党性修养,夯实基层党组织的战斗力。
Students probationary party members is an important part of Party member team of higher vocational colleges, as rebels advanced vocational students, they bear the important responsibility for higher primary Parties building, the construction of campus culture, and the construction of style of study. But the probationary Party member education management of higher vocational college students has some problems and difficulties, affecting the effectiveness of education. Based on the analysis of the current education of probationary party members of Higher Vocational College of problems, combined with the work practice, explore eft^ctive ways for probationary Party member education of higher vocational students, so as to improve the students＇ self-cultivation, strengthening grass-roots party organizations fighting force.
