摘要
从奖罚制度、监督管理、材料审查等角度出发,对影响建筑工程预结算的各项因素进行了分析探讨,并提出了加强资料审核力度、强化合同管理力度、重视人才培养等解决策略,有助于建筑工程中资金利用度的有效提升。
Starting from aspects of rewards-penalties system, monitoring management and material auditing, the article analyzes factors influen-cing building engineering pre-settlement, puts forward solving strategies including strengthening data auditing, enhancing contract management and paying more attention to talents cultivation and so on, which will be some help for effectively improve building engineering funds utilization.
