摘要
通过对现行的定额造价计价模式存在问题的分析,提出工程量清单计价模式的特点和应用推广的优势,并探讨了该模式在投资决策、设计、施工、竣工结算四个阶段的控制措施,旨在推行工程量清单计价模式,更好地进行全过程的工程造价控制。
According to the analysis of the problems in the current quato cost pricing model, the paper points out the features of the engineering bill pricing model and its advantages in the application, and explores the model has the controlling measures from the investment decision-mak-ing, design, construction and complete settlement, so as to enhance the engineering bill pricing model and enhance the whole-process engineering cost control.
