摘要
目的对慢性中耳炎患者采用不同的术式进行治疗,并且对慢性中耳炎的准确诊断及个体化和标准化治疗方案进行仔细观察并且探索。方法选取本院2011年5月2日至2012年5月2日经我院确诊为慢性中耳乳突炎的患者,选取的150例患者的病史和术前颞部高分辨率CT检查,对其进行合理的个体化治疗。结果接受治疗的150例患者中有两例患者经过二期手术治疗后愈合中有效率98.0%。结论慢性中耳炎的早期诊断及规范化的治疗对中耳炎预后有着重大影响,对症治疗是结束疾病折磨的最好方法。
Objective Patients with chronic otitis media with different surgical treatment,and for accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment programs and standardization of chronic otitis media were careful observation and exploration. Methods Select the hospital May 2,2011 to May 2,2012 in our hospital diagnosed with chronic otitis media in patients with a history of preoperative temporal and selected 150 cases of patients with high-resolution CT check its reasonable individualized treatment. Results 150 patients treated in two patients after surgery healing two efficiency 98.0%. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of chronic otitis media standardization has a significant impact on the prognosis of otitis media,symptomatic treatment is the best way to end the disease-ridden.
