摘要
目的探讨老年肺炎的诊断及治疗。方法对64例老年肺炎患者临床治疗资料进行分析。结果 64例老年肺炎患者经治疗后痊愈30例,好转28例,死亡6例。结论老年肺炎大部分为致病微生物感染所致。表现为多样化、不典型、变化快、预后差。正确使用抗生素。
Objective The diagnosis and treatment of the elderly patients with pneumonia are to be investigated. Methods The clinical treatment data of 64 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia is to be analyzed. Results After treatment,among 64 elderly patients with pneumonia,there are 30 cured cases,28 cases with improvement and 6 dead cases. Conclusion The pneumonia of the elderly patients is mostly caused by the infection of pathogenic microorganisms with diversified,untypical,changeable expression and poor prognosis.The antibiotics should be used properly.
