摘要
建设保障性住房是国务院在"十二五"期间下达给各级政府的民生任务,怎样筹措保障性住房的建设资金就是区县政府最揪心的问题。本文以泸县2014年第一期公共租赁住房项目为例,探讨了公共租赁住房建设项目的融资建设方案,各方案的成本效益计算方法和盈利能力指标,融资建设方案的比选分析,为区县政府筹措公共租赁住房建设资金提供参考。
The construction of indemnificatory housing is a task given by the State Council to governments of all levels during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. How to collect the construction fund of it be comes a hard problem for county and city governments. Taking Luxian county 2014 first public rental housing project for example, the paper discusses the public rental housing construction project fin ancing construction plans, cost benefit analysis methods and profitability index of the plans and the comparison and selection of financing construction plans for the reference of county and city gov emments collecting public rental housing construction fund.
