卟啉修饰多壁碳纳米管及其电荷传输性能研究

摘要 采用湿化学方法合成四(对羟基苯基)卟啉(THPP),通过羟基官能团与碳纳米管表面的酰氯反应而将卟啉分子修饰到碳纳米管的表面,并研究复合材料内部的电荷传输性能。结果表明:THPP和碳纳米管两个共轭结构之间存在明显的光致电荷传输。所得材料有望在有机太阳能电池,光致能量和电荷转移方面有很好的应用。 The tetra (p hydroxylphenyl) porphyrin (THPP),which was introduced on Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNT) through the reaction between hydroxyl and acyl chloride groups on the surface of MWCNT,was synthesized through a wet-chemical method. The fluorescence spectrum showed obvious fluorescent quenching, which indicated that this novel electron donor aeceptor composite can improve the separating of electron hole pairs. This composite will be prospectively used in organic solar cells for increasing the power conversion efficiency.
