摘要
综述了纳米多孔性聚合物基低介电常数材料研究工作的基本情况。着重介绍了以聚酰亚胺、聚硅氧烷和环氧树脂为基体的纳米多孔低介电常数材料的研究进展,并对研究前景做了展望。
The research development of polymer-based nanoporous materials with low dielectric constant was re- viewed. The nanoporous low-dielectric-constant materials with polyimide, polysiloxane and epoxy resin matrix were emphat- ically introduced. Study prospects were discussed in the end.
