摘要
螺旋输送机作为土压平衡盾构机实现渣土输送及土压平衡功能的关键零部件之一,为了减少其在多变且恶劣地质工况下因过度磨损和断裂而引起故障发生,通过选择焊接性能优良的材料、采用先进的焊接工艺技术保证同心度以及不同的耐磨措施,改善螺旋输送机的性能,达到了延长螺旋输送机使用寿命的效果。
Screw conveyor is one of the key parts and components of earth pressure balance shield machine to implementing the transportation of sludge and the function of earth pressure balance. In order to reduce the occurrence of failure caused by exces- sive wearing and breaking under the changeable and adverse geological conditions, excellent welding performance of materials is selected and the welding of advanced technology is used to ensure concentricity. These measures together with different measures of wear resistance can improve the performance of screw conveyor and prolong the service life of the screw conveyor.
