摘要
本文根据镁水泥水化反应规律分析湿料法辊压成型工艺的弊端,又从环境保护高度指明有机胶合人造板缺陷,还从理论上阐述镁水泥半干法热压成型工艺的原理,尤其是利用可再生性资源秸秆生产镁质硫铝酸盐水泥复合的秸秆板进行系统论证。希望在技术溢出效应的作用下,推广半干法热压成型工艺,实现资源的有效配置和合理利用,达到在短期内解决我国木材供需结构矛盾的目的。
in this paper, according to the laws of the magnesium cement hydration reaction to the analysis of the disadvantages of wet method of roller pressure molding process,and from environmental protection highly specific organic agglutination,manmade board defects also theoretically expound magnesium cement half dry hot pressing molding process principle,especially the use of renewable resources straw production magnesia sulphur aluminate cement composite system straw board of the argument.Hope that under the effect of technology spillover effect,promoting half dry hot pressing molding process,to achieve the effective allocation of resources and rational utilization, achieve in the short term to solve the contradiction of timber supply and demand structure in our country.
