升降散对脓毒症小鼠CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察升降散对脓毒症小鼠脾细胞中CD4+、CD8+T细胞的影响。方法雄性Balb/c小鼠84只,按随机数字表法分为正常组、假手术组、脓毒症组、升降散组,各组又分为6 h、12 h和24 h 3个时间点亚组。除正常组外,其余各组采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)制备脓毒症小鼠模型。各组在造模前72 h开始灌胃给药或0.9%Na Cl溶液,术后按各个时间点采用流式细胞仪方法检测小鼠脾细胞中CD4+、CD8+T细胞占淋巴细胞百分比。结果与脓毒症组相比,升降散组可显著上调CLP后6 h及12 h的CD4+水平,下调CLP后6 h及12 h的CD8+水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论升降散可以纠正脓毒症初期小鼠的细胞免疫功能紊乱,具有免疫调节作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of "Shengjiang Powder" to the CD4 ^+ , CD8^ + T cells in the spleen ceils of sepsis mice. Methods SPF level male mice were enrolled and the models were established by cecel ligation puncture (CLP). Eighty-four healthy Balb/c mice were divided into normal group, sham operation group, sepsis group and "Shengjiang Powder" group by random number table, and each group was divided into subgroups of 6h, 12h, 24h. Seventy-two hours before modeling, mice were fed with 0.9% NaCl by intragastric administration. After operation, we detected the proportion of CD4^+、CD8^+、 T ceils in the leukomonocyte by flow cytometry. Results Compared with sepsis group, "Shengjiang Powder" could up-regulate the CD4 ^+ T cell level of 6 hours and 12 hours significantly and down-regulate the CD8^ + T cell level of 6 hours and 12 hours statistically ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion "Shengjiang Powder" can regulate the dysfunction of cellular immune.
