摘要
目的观察温补脾肾汤结合穴位注射治疗稳定期脾肾阳虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床疗效。方法将120例COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例;对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予喘可治注射液足三里注射和温补脾肾汤治疗,疗程4~4.5个月。观察治疗前后患者肺功能和生活质量CAT评分变化。结果治疗后对照组FEV1、FVC较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,FEV1/FVC值较治疗前增加不明显（P〉0.05）;治疗组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平较治疗前增加不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组间FEV1、FVC比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后治疗组CAT积分较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）,对照组CAT积分降低不明显（P〉0.05）。结论温补脾肾汤结合穴位注射可改善COPD患者肺功能和生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Wenbu Pishen Decoction＂ and acupuncture point injection in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） of spleen and kidney yang deficiency of stable phase. Methods One hundred and twenty cases with COPD were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine therapy of western medicine and the treatment group was additionally given ＂Wenbu Pishen Decoction＂ and acupuncture point injection, with the course of 4-4.5 months. The changes of＂ pulmonary function and clinical accumulate test （CAT） of patient COPD questionnaire were observed. Results After treatment, FEV1 and FVC in the control group were markedly reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while no obvious difference was found inFEV1/FVC （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. No significant difference was found in the levels of FEV1 , FVC and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; there were significant difference in FEV1 and FVC between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the CAT score was reduced in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but no significant difference was found in the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂ Wenbu Pishen Decoction＂ and acupuncture point injection can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with COPD.
