摘要
总结10例低位直肠癌患者行经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术(miles)后会阴部切口开放的护理经验。其护理要点包括:疼痛护理,腹、会阴切口护理,造瘘口护理,制定营养计划,给予家庭及社会的情感支持等。经积极治疗及精心护理本组10例患者均好转出院。
The purpose of this article was to summarize the nursing experience for 10 cases of low rectal cancer patients who underwent abdominoperineal resection and with pudendal open incision. The nursing points includingnursing for pain, nursing for abdomen and perineal incision, stoma care,nutritional plan formulation, family and social emotional support. All the 10 patients were improved and discharged after active treatment and care.
