摘要
为了研究脉冲功率源模块内的电磁耦合规律,该文采用有限元方法分析了模块内部的电感动态特性。建立了电感线圈三维模型,得到了脉冲功率源工作时电感铜带上电流密度分布和电感值的变化趋势。结果表明,电流分布主要集中于铜带中心及边缘区域;电感值与电流频率近似符合指数关系,瞬态脉冲下的电感随时间增大,电感变化率随时间逐渐减小,电流峰值时刻前电感变化率下降较快;铜带厚度小于1 mm时电感近似为常数,可以忽略电容效应的影响。
In order to obtain the electromagnetic coupling law in the pulsed power supply module, the dynamic characteristics of the inductance in the module is studied by using the finite element theory. The 3 D model of the inductance is established, and the law of the current density distribution on the copper belt of the inductor and the curve of the dynamic inductance value when the pulsed power supply module works are presented. The result shows that:the current concentrate mainly on the center and edges of the copper belt, the inductance increases approximately exponentially with the increase of the frequency, and the inductance value increases while the change rate of the inductance decreases. Before the time of peak current, the change rate of the inductance decreases rapidly. The inductance value is approximately time-constant when the copper thickness is less than 1 mm and the capacitance effect can be neglected.
