摘要
互联网络在给人们提供便捷的同时,也给网络犯罪分子提供了很大的"施展"空间。在此情况下,互联网络面临严峻的监控与管理问题。为了解决这个问题,我们将首先对互联网络管理中存在的问题进行描述。然后,对其问题形成的原因进行分析。在此基础上,结合新时期互联网络发展的特点,提出解决问题的对策和措施。
