摘要
对所承建的华能伊敏桥所采用的Q345q E桥梁用结构钢母材性能及相匹配的焊材进行了研究,经过理论分析和反复试验,制定有效合理的焊接工艺方案,从而可指导桥梁产品中涉及此材料时的焊接生产,并对以后桥梁产品焊接过程中可能出现的焊接缺陷起到预防作用。
Through experiments and theoretical analysis, effective and reasonable welding technology is obtained based on the analysis of welding material used in the Huaneng’s Yimin bridge. The welding technology both can guide the bridge welding products involving this material and can prevent welding defects in welding procedure.
