摘要
文章首先梳理和总结了新科研环境下数据素质教育的含义,阐述国外有关科学数据素质、信息素质的扩展、数据信息素质等主流观点。然后调查分析国外图书馆数据素质教育的进展,从了解需求、开设数据素质教育课程、建立数据咨询导航、开辟数据实验室等方面探讨图书馆开展数据素质教育的主要方法与途径。最后从科学规划、服务提升、人员培训、机制创新四个方面提出国内图书馆开展数据素质教育的建议。
This paper collates and summarizes the meaning of data literacy education in the new research environ- ment, explains several main points such as science data literacy, information literacy extensions and data information lit- eracy, and then makes investigation and analysis of the progress of the library data literacy education abroad, explores the main ways and means to carry out the library data literacy education, such as understanding the needs, creating data lit- eracy educational courses, establishing the consultation navigation of data, opening data laboratory. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions of scientific planning, service development, personnel training, and innovation mechanism for domestic libraries on data literacy education.
