摘要 目的观察拉西地平联合贝那普利对糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压及血脂变化的影响。方法选取糖尿病合并高血压患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组给予拉西地平联合贝那普利治疗,对照组仅给予拉西地平治疗,共治疗4周。观察比较两组患者偶测及24 h平均血压、心率、空腹血糖、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标。结果观察组和对照组治疗后的偶测及24 h平均收缩压和舒张压均明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的偶测及24 h平均收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后空腹血糖、Fib均低于治疗前,而观察组治疗后的HDL-C高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉西地平联合贝那普利对糖尿病合并高血压患者有明显降压作用,对血糖、纤维蛋白原、大部分血脂指标无明显影响,但对HDL-C有轻微升高作用,可能与该药的抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化的作用有关。 Objective To observe the influence of lacidipine combined with benazepril on blood pressure and blood lipid changes of patients with diabetes mellitus with hypertension. Methods 80 patients with diabetes mellitus with hypertension in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,each group had 40 cases. Observation group was given lacidipine combined with benazepril treatment,and the control group was given lacidipine. The course of treatment were 4 weeks. Blood pressure and blood lipid changes of casual and 24 hours a day on average of two groups were observed,and fasting blood- glucose,fibrinogen( Fib),TC,TG,HDL- C,LDL- C and adverse reaction of two groups were observed. Results Diastolic blood pressure and systolic pressure of casual and 24 hours a day on average in two group were lower than that of before treatment,there were significant differences( P〈0. 05). After treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic pressure of casual and 24 hours a day on average in observation group were lower than that of control group,there were significant differences( P〈0. 05). Fasting blood- glucose,fib of two groups after treatment were lower than that of before treatment,HDL- C of observation group after treatment was higher than before treatment( P〈0. 05). HDL- C of observation group after treatment were higher than that of control group,there was significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Lacidipine combined with benazepril in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension have obvious antihypertensive effect,and have an effect on increase HDL- C,it maybe have a relationship on the effect of oxidation resistance,resistance to atherosclerosis.
