聊城市妊娠妇女甲状腺激素参考区间的建立 被引量:2

The establishment of thyroid hormone reference intervals of pregnant women in Liaocheng city

摘要 目的:建立本实验室妊娠妇女促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)的参考区间。方法:将826例妊娠妇女分为妊娠早中晚期3组,用Beckman access2化学发光分析仪及其配套试剂检测TSH、FT4、FT3,初步建立参考区间。结果:TSH参考区间:妊娠早期0.11~2.88 uIU/ml,妊娠中期0.24~3.31 uIU/ml,妊娠晚期0.55~3.78 uIU/ml。FT4参考区间:妊娠早期0.69~1.13 ng/dl,妊娠中期0.56~0.99 ng/dl,妊娠晚期0.49~0.89 ng/dl。FT3参考区间:妊娠早期2.67~4.03 pg/ml,妊娠中期2.35~3.56 pg/ml,妊娠晚期2.08~3.25 pg/ml。结论:建立了本院妊娠妇女血清TSH、FT4、FT3的参考区间,该区间与Beckman access2化学发光分析仪说明书提供的参考区间有差异。各实验室应根据不同仪器和人群等建立TSH、FT4、FT3的参考区间。 Objective:To establish reference intervals of thyroid hormone in pregnant women of our laboratory.The thyroid hormone include thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free tetraiodothyronine (FT4) and free triiodothyronine (FT3).Methods:They were divided into three groups with total 826 pregnant women, based on different stages of pregnancy, such as the first, second or late. Thyroid hormone was tested by chemiluminescence in Beckman access2 chemiluminescence analyzer and supporting reagent. Then, we could try to build reference intervals of thyroid hormone in pregnant women.Results:The reference intervals of TSH was as below, 0.11~2.88 uIU/ml in first trimester of pregnancy, 0.24~3.31 uIU/ml in second trimester of pregnancy, and 0.55~3.78 uIU/ml in late trimester of pregnancy. The range of FT4 was as follows, 0.69~1.13 ng/dl in first trimester of pregnancy, 0.56~0.99 ng/dl in second trimester of pregnancy, and 0.49~0.89 ng/dl in late trimester of pregnancy. The reference range of FT3 was 2.67~4.03 pg/ml, 2.35~3.56 pg/ml, and 2.08~3.25 pg/ml respectively, in different trimester of pregnancy.Conclusions:We made reference range of thyroid hormone in pregnant women, and the three mainly thyroid hormone was TSH、FT4、FT3. The range was difference with instructions of Beckman access2 chemiluminescence analyzer. Finally, we suggested that we should establish reference range of thyroid hormone in all laboratory based on different instruments and the crowd.
